Supporting education, healthcare, skills development, and social welfare across Balochistan. Together, we create opportunities, strengthen lives, and build a hopeful future for all

The founder of TIBM and its Pioneer Chairperson, the late Mrs. Surriya Allahdin, was a visionary philanthropist, social worker and dynamic leader who had a lifelong commitment to community welfare.
Mrs. Surriya Allahdin moved to Baluchistan in 1977, dedicating her entire life to the cause of humanity. Deeply motivated to improve literacy rates among women in the province, she devoted more than two and a half decades to educating women and providing vocational training, enabling them to become independent and self-sufficient.
She was a strong advocate for children with learning difficulties and special needs, ensuring they had access to education and vocational skills that fostered self-respect, independence, and the opportunity to become valued members of society.
Mrs. Allahdin also stood firmly alongside widows and vulnerable women during their most difficult times. Through compassion and dedication, she made efforts to provide opportunities to them to get educated and learn technical skills enabling them to become independent and useful citizens.
